2. Product Features
This product has a fast dissolution rate, is non corrosive, and has a wide range of adaptability to water quality. It has good effects on turbidity removal, decolorization, and deodorization. This product requires minimal dosage during coagulation, resulting in rapid and large formation of flocs and rapid settling. The purified water quality fully meets the corresponding standard requirements. Low water insoluble matter, low basicity, and low iron content. 4. Different synthesis costs
Due to the advantages of spray drying products, such as good stability, wide adaptability to water area, fast hydrolysis speed, strong adsorption capacity, large alum formation, fast quality density and sedimentation, low effluent turbidity, and good dehydration performance, under the same water quality, the dosage of spray drying products is reduced. Especially under the condition of poor water quality, the dosage of spray drying products can be reduced by half compared with roller drying products, which not only reduces the labor intensity of workers, but also, more importantly, reduces the water production cost of users.

Aluminum trioxide: during spray drying, the centrifuge evenly sprays the mother liquor into the drying tower, so that the aluminum trioxide content is uniform, stable, and easily controlled within the index range, enhancing the adsorption capacity of particles, and achieving two effects of coagulation and flocculation, which can not be achieved by other drying methods.
Salinity: During water treatment, the alkalinity, that is, the polymerization degree, directly affects the water purification effect. The centrifugal spray drying method is used to improve the polymerization degree of the product while maintaining the original activity of the mother liquor. At the same time, the alkalinity can be adjusted according to different water quality. However, drum drying is prone to damaging the degree of polymerization, resulting in a small range of product salinity and a narrow adaptability to water quality.
Water insoluble substances: The level of water insoluble substances affects the water purification effect of the comprehensive product, improves the drug utilization rate, and has a significant comprehensive effect.
6. Purpose:
Polyaluminum chloride is an inorganic polymer flocculant. Through the action of hydroxyl ion functional groups and multivalent anion polymerization functional groups, inorganic polymers with high molecular weight and high charge are produced.

7. Application method
Users can determine the optimal dosage of chemicals by experimenting and adjusting their concentration based on different water quality and terrain.
(1) Liquid products can be directly dispensed or diluted before dispensing. Solid products need to be dissolved and diluted before being released. Please determine the dilution water quantity based on the water quality to be treated and the quantity of products. The dilution ratio for solid products is 2-20%, and for liquid products it is 5-50% (by weight).
(2) The dosage of liquid products is 3-40 grams/ton, and the dosage of solid products is 1-15 grams/ton. The specific dosage is subject to flocculation testing and experiments.
8. Packaging and Storage
The solid is packaged in 25kg bags, with an inner layer of plastic film and an outer layer of plastic woven bags. The product should be stored indoors in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, and should not be damp.
