Use method of spray drying polyaluminium chloride:

Prepare the solid product into a liquid product with a content of 10%, add 1.5-3.0% of the liquid product to the slurry to be coated, and stir until it is fully mixed with the slurry. Its usage is the same as aluminum sulfate, with a dosage of only one-third of aluminum sulfate, calculated as 2% -3% based on dry paper

1. It is an inorganic polymer compound that is easily soluble in water and has a certain degree of corrosiveness.

2. According to the different quality of raw water, a small test should be conducted before use to determine the optimal dosage (reference dosage range: 20-800ppm).

3. For ease of calculation, the experimental solution should be prepared in a weight to volume ratio (W/V), generally ranging from 2% to 5%. Prepare a 3% solution. Weigh PAC3g and add it to a 200ml graduated cylinder that has been washed. Add about 50ml of water and wait for it to dissolve. Then dilute with water to the 100ml mark and shake well.

4. When in use, liquid products should be mixed with 5-10% water, and solid products should be mixed with 3-5% water (calculated based on the weight of the product).

5. When preparing, mix and dissolve the solid to water mixture at a ratio of approximately 1:5 (W/V), then dilute with water to the above concentration.
